GUARANTEES: All snakes will be healthy, feeding and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are not satisfied with your shipment for any reason we will replace the snake(s) for the cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours of shipment's arrival, we assume no further liabilities.

SHIPPING: All snakes will be shipped Delta Dash (posted prices do not include shipping charges) to the nearest commercial airport unless otherwise agreed upon. Snakes must be picked-up from the airport within 2 hours of arrival. Shipments must be opened and inspected by you immediately at the airline's facility to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem exists, you must notify Delta and Robinette Reptiles of the problem immediately. In the either case your claim is with Delta not Robinette Reptiles.

PAYMENTS: Payment is required in advance by check, money order, wire transfer, or PayPal. If payment is made via personal check the reptile(s) will not be shipped until the check clears.
